Fluorinated Polyimide Intermediate
The PI synthesized from Hexafluo fluoropolyimide monomer has good mechanical properties (high Tg), high reactivity, and high solvent solubility. It is a key monomer for the development of flexible display and digital infrastructure materials. Through fluorine monomer modification, polyimide materials are upgraded in low dielectric and transparency properties.
